Công ty TNHH DV BV International Mr Security được thành lập bởi sĩ quan an ninh Quân đội Kiểm Soát Quân Sự TPHCM đơn vị điều lệnh chuyên huấn luyện nghiệp vụ phòng chống bạo động bạo loạn, bảo vệ mục tiêu di động, cố định nằm trong phương án A2 của TPHCM. Các giáo trình huấn luyện được chọn lọc từ giáo án Trường Sĩ Quan Lục Quân 2 và nghiệp vụ của Kiểm Soát Quân Sự. Những phương án bảo vệ của Cty International Mr Security được xây dựng chuyên sâu cho từng mục tiêu bảo vệ theo tiêu chí sau:

The International Mr Security Company was established by the officer of the HCMC Army Military Police, a commanding unit specified in professional training to prevent violent riots, protection of moving targets, fixed in A2 plan of  HCMC. The training curriculum was selected from Army officers school 2 and the professional Army Military Police control.
